Documents Controller



Document control and record management should play an important role in identity and access management by protecting sensitive documents from exposure to the wrong parties. They should also support simplified access when needed by allowing authorized parties to quickly search, find, and retrieve archived and active documents. This course provides a strong understanding of the concepts of Document Control and Records Management and develops the requirements to help Document Controllers, Records Managers, and other staff improve the control of critical documents across the organization.
