Overview:

Introduction

In the fifties of the last century, the success of institutions was focused on great interest in building traditional administrative structures and systems, where employees and work teams were dealt with as purely productive tools and mechanisms without focusing on leading the hearts and minds of employees through which qualitative leaps are made to develop work, creativity and teamwork. To achieve great achievements, in the Fundamentals and Skills in Modern Leadership program, emphasis is placed on developing leadership skills and capabilities that make transformation and effective growth in all departments and departments of the organization where there is a real and urgent need in the twenty-first century organizations.
