Foundations for Business Leadership



In the fifties of the last century, the success of institutions was focused on great interest in building traditional administrative structures and systems, where employees and work teams were dealt with as purely productive tools and mechanisms without focusing on leading the hearts and minds of employees through which qualitative leaps are made to develop work, creativity and teamwork.
