Overview:

Introduction

The Prosci Change Management Certification Program provides you with the resources, expertise, and assistance you need to lead future change successfully.

You will use Prosci's methodology and the ADKAR Model for one of your ongoing projects during this five-day experiential program. You and your peers can discuss problems, ideas, and insights in addition to learning Prosci's best practices approach to change management and getting access to our leading technologies. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner status is attained by graduates.
