Meeting Procedures and Governance:

  • Secretariat's work procedures guide, its importance and best practices.

  • Meeting attachments and their importance as an integral part of the meeting minutes.

  • Use of board programs and applications.

  • Boardroom meetings.

  • When do we need council/committee decisions?
