Introduction:

Laboratory operations in the oil and gas industry represent a structured function that supports quality control, product integrity, and operational decision making. They integrate testing frameworks, analytical procedures, and data management systems to ensure accuracy and reliability within industrial environments. This training program presents laboratory management frameworks, testing standards, and operational control structures aligned with oil and gas laboratory environments. It provides an institutional perspective on how laboratory functions are structured, monitored, and aligned with production and quality requirements.
