Introduction:

Data centre facilities operations represent a critical function that aligns physical infrastructure systems, environmental controls, and operational reliability within high availability environments. These operations integrate power systems, cooling architectures, and facility management frameworks to ensure continuous service delivery and system resilience. This training program presents data centre infrastructure frameworks, facility management models, operational control systems, and reliability architectures that define modern data centre environments. It provides an institutional perspective on how organizations structure facility operations, manage risks, and ensure performance continuity within data centres.
