Overview

Introduction:

ISO 9001 represents an internationally recognized framework that governs how organizations ensure consistent quality in products and services through structured process management and performance control. The standard establishes principles that align customer focus, process integration, and continual improvement within organizational systems. This training program covers the conceptual architecture and structural components of a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001.
