Overview

Introduction:

This training program focuses on equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage safety and health systems within organizations. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants gain insights into risk assessment, emergency response planning, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Program Objectives:

At the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of safety procedures, equipped with the skills to develop emergency preparedness plans for various workplace scenarios.

  • Apply occupational safety and health standards in accordance with the US Department of Justice's guidelines, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety within their organizations.

Unit 1:

Safety Basics in Construction:

  • General Introduction to OSHA and Construction Measures.

  • Means of escape - the dangers of electricity.

  • Insulation system for equipment and placing signs on it.

  • Hazardously classified sites - barriers to protection and protection of equipment.

  • Emergency response procedures.

Unit 2:

Occupational Health and Fall Prevention:

  • Communicate information on hazardous chemicals.

  • Fire safety planning and evacuation procedures.

  • Emergency response drills and simulations.

Unit 5:

Specialized Hazards and Equipment Operations:

  • Acerogenins - Welding and cutting works.

  • Radiation Safety - Flammable / Flammable Materials.

  • Cranes, excavators, cranes, elevators and conveyors.

  • Confined space entry and rescue procedures.

  • Environmental hazards and waste management protocols.
