Introduction:

Measurement and verification represents a structured institutional discipline for quantifying performance outcomes, validating savings, and ensuring accountability in energy and infrastructure projects. Its role extends to supporting investment confidence, contractual transparency, and performance governance across efficiency and sustainability initiatives. This training program presents standardized measurement frameworks, data management models, baseline development structures, and verification governance systems used in professional project environments. It provides a general institutional perspective on how performance evidence supports financial justification, regulatory alignment, and long-term program credibility.

Program Objectives:

By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

Analyze the institutional role of measurement and verification within energy and performance programs.
Classify baseline development and performance comparison framework models.
Evaluate data collection, normalization, and uncertainty management structures.
Assess reporting architecture and stakeholder verification governance systems.
Identify performance validation results within investment and contract oversight contexts.
